Hello:

I was sent the following email last Friday, but I haven't yet received
a shipping kit, and I was wanting to check and see what was up.

I got to thinking about it, and thought about one possible place for
error:  my shipping address.

I bought my laptop through my University book store.  So, it is quite 
possible that if you used the address that corresponded to the client
ID that you could have sent it to the wrong place.

However, as you are aware from the history of this problem, when I
returned the laptop for service via service number SV4230626 I
gave my current address which is:

THIS is the address that I reside at now.  So, I am still waiting on
